Hello there folks. First off I as the website writer want to apologize that there have not been many updates as of yet. This website is still very new and will move domains soon, but starting now updates will be more regular!

My short tip today is a very important and helpful one. We all know that sunlight is good for us, and especially for the human body. However, I also learned that early morning sunlight is especially beneficial due to certain rays.

It is one of the known methods for helping to de-calicify your pineal gland, but for some that might be a little out of their wavelength. Either way, getting some early morning sun has really helped me to start my day off right.

Some of us may have morning excercise routines already, so you may already be getting that morning sun. If not, it is very easy to step outside for a brisk walk early in the morning. Experts who have studied this habit recommend getting the earliest sunlight, even as early at 5 or 6 am.

However, I realize for some people that is extreme, including me. My recommendation is to get out there as early as you can, especially if you can make it out by 7am. Meditating, or even sitting on the porch basking in the early morning rays can have an amazing psycological effect.

Try this easy tip out, and see if your morning gets better!

December 2, 2016 - Lemon water

It is getting cold and winter is fast approaching! My daily health tip today is to drink lemon water. You can drink it cold or hot, that is up to you.

I chose this one in particular today because it is cold and snowing outside. Starting your day with a warm cup of lemon water is a home run during these cold months.

I prefer to squeeze about 1/4 of a lemon into a fairly warm cup of water, but not boiling hot. The temperature makes a difference, and warm water works better. However, cold water with a lemon will still work.

Thats because the key ingredient here is the lemon. Lemons are shown to have many beneficial properties when squeezed into your drink.

Lemon water aids in digestion, gives you energy, and is natural and healthy. I highly recommend starting your day with it, and squeezing a lemon in your drink whenever you can.
